  I checked out a Macbook. Everything worked, it appeared. I went as far as to insert a dvd. It played fine. I put it on layaway. Two weeks later I come back for it. They have it wrapped in plastic pretty good. I get it home, unwrap it, and see, immediately, that something's wrong. The front right side is slightly open. Some of the keys don't work. The DVD player isn't working (I found out that it has to do with the front damage). I take it back in and they tell me that I shouldn't have purchased it because the keys stick on the older Macs, and I should have gotten a warranty. It hasn't even been 24 hours. And if this is something that should not have been purchased, why is it for sale? I attempted contact with corporate, and never received a call back. The ghetto manager said that she would give me her boss's number, but he was probably ghetto too. I have spent a lot of money with Cash Americas throughout the area, all run by other ethnicities. I've never had an issue exchanging something that didn't work. The guy tells me that it's a New policy. This is how black people conduct business. And wonder why blacks don't buy black. I've been in the state of georgia 3 1/2 years and I have never seen anything like this. It's always a black owned business. The attitude is ridiculous. There is absolutely no integrity. I ended up having the laptop looked at by a computer repair guy. He confirmed that it had been dropped. I'm out $180.00. From now on, I'm driving the 30 miles to Smyrna to the Hispanic- run store.
