  This is the formerly business friendly Resurgens Bank, taken over now by people who seemingly could care less about business customers. I have been trying and trying to get things straight. I get a ton of smiles and head nods and nothing changes. $500 daily limits on mobile deposits are a joke for any legit business operation. They claim they are raising the limits for me. It works one time then reverts to same ol' same ol'. They charged me over $300 for deposit slips and checks. No one on customer service phone will do anything to help. Only dealing direct with branch manager, who is awesome, helps but only for a limited time. The takeover by Charter has been a nightmare for me and the businesses I operate. If you are looking for ease of use business banking, with weekend branch hours and logical deposit limits, go find some where else to bank.
